There are so many more pictures, but this is all I have time to share right now.
First, the sky was clear and perfect. There was a subtle gradient in it that I wasn't really able to capture, and if I did capture any of it at all, it was, sadly, not as beautiful as the real deal. The plants were overgrown compared to the ones in my yard and the little white flowers swayed in the breeze while a single yellow flower swayed, standing lower than the rest, but still strong. The trees were as trees are--branching out in all directions. The mulch paths spiraled through all this greatness. A patch of blue sticks floated amongst the green patches--they were dragonflies: tons of them. Some trees and bushes made doorways (nature-arches?) around or above the paths, making the place seem secretive and secluded. There was even a bridge, which was under one of those nature-arches. It jut out into the lake. It floated, kind of moving away slightly only to move back in place which really made you feel at peace, but also a little startled. The waves from that bridge were beautiful. They looked like mountains moving towards you, then fading away as the ones behind those moved forward. From inside the confines of the trees, darkness overtook everything. It wasn't scary: it was peaceful. The whole trip was peaceful.

We were given very little to go on for this assignment.
We were told hands were to be the focal point and that there had to be a quote to go along with it. Wellll, paws are the hands of the animal--thus cat paws work well! Okay, so I figure that if I have to stick with boring Arial font, I might as well make it fit better, so here.
I apologize deeply for the lack of creativity in these photos, I've been really sick this weekend with (what I believe to be) strep. If it isn't strep, it could be the flu, but I thought the flu had different symptoms. I really wanted to do a fire & ice type theme because of the snow and the chance to light things on fire, but I went and got sick... So, going outside was a no-no (I still went outside though, don't tell my parents!) and, well, when you burn things in a not-so-ventilated area, or you're too close to the thing you're burning, the fumes can really be dangerous--I knew this before hand, but I just really wanted to get this goin' and stuff. Well, let's just say the burning things made my throat hot and the cold air of nature made my throat cold. And then I get in and see that all the pictures sucked, so my throats basically hurting for no reason. *Sigh* This is the best I could do under such circumstances. The most creative I could do was make really tiny paper cranes and black ones to be seen better on the snow. That's pretty disappointing. Oh, and now I'm sitting here pointing out every little mistake instead of doing the millions of work I still have to do. Ha ha ha haaaa. . . I would rather vent than get it done, but here I goooooo! All my beautiful work has been ruined :( When I upload the slides, it does all this weird re-arranging thing and it's really annoying... PLUS I'm uploading from home and can't get help, so here's my plan: 1. Upload this for now 2. Leave a downloadable copy 3. Stay up all night trying to make it work (thanks Tim Gunn!) 4. Upload the edited thing either later tonight, early in the morning, or when I'm at school. If I don't upload it, then, well then I got lazy or it worked out. WHO KNOWS! Find out next week on The Abby Showw! Boy am I glad I don't actually have a show!
I cannot believe I forgot to upload this! I had it done and saved, but then I guess I never uploaded it or sent it in. Pooey.
